Why did I think it was:
Movin on up To the top.
and not:
Movin on up To the East side.
I lost a bet because of this.

    that thought had occurred to me. I do apologize. Damn catchy song, ain’t it? Never did much for me as a show though. They screamed too much. Sorta freaked me the hell out.

    Huh. I thought it was “to the top” (1st time) and then “to the east side” (2d time).

    I’m still not convinced even after reading the lyrics.

    I loved that Florence. That maid had sass.

    And Bentley – the gay seeming Brit who was bagging chicks left and right – so contradictory.

    And my grandmother loved Mama Jefferson and her blue hair.

    Good times.
